Breast Milk Storage
Following the birth of a baby, or when a baby is poorly in hospital, it’s extremely important that their mothers’ breast milk is adequately stored, to ensure the quality of the expressed breast milk for the baby’s health.
There are a number of different elements that affect how long breast milk can be stored, including:
· temperature of the room when milk is expressed
· volume of breast milk expressed
· temperature fluctuations in the breast milk refrigerator
· environmental cleanliness

We provide a range of three refrigerators for breast milk storage:
CMN59 (725h x 445w x 485d (mm))
Benefiting from auto defrost and an internal fan, the CMN59 breast milk refrigerator has range of 1°C - 5°C and has 2 + 1 small shelf.
CMN125 (820h x 595w x 595d (mm))
The CMN125 breast milk refrigerator has the same features as the CMN59, but is bigger.
CMN300 (1500h x 595w x 650d (mm))
Significantly bigger than the CMN59 and CMN125, the CMN300 breast milk refrigerator also has the auto defrost and internal fan with a range of 1°C - 5°C, but benefits from six shelves
High quality
Although different sizes, the quality of these breast milk refrigerators remains extremely high.
Each fridge is fitted with a 2m plug, so it’s easy to install anywhere and, with a temperature range of 1°C - 5°C, it is set at 3°C and is stabilised by a temperature sensor, keeping the internal temperature even at all times.
When plugged into the power source, both minimum and maximum temperatures are recorded, and it will continue to operate if this happens to fail, by running on the batteries which are installed in the panel at the side of the refrigerator.
It’s incredibly easy to keep these refrigerators for breast milk clean, as the interior is painted aluminium and the wire shelves are coated in plastic.
